Mid-Cap Value Equity

The Strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation and income by investing primarily in U.S. companies with market capitalizations similar to companies in the Russell Midcap® Index that the portfolio manager believes are undervalued in the marketplace at the time of purchase.
